Role Overview: You will be joining HiCube Designs as a Sales and Marketing Assistant with the responsibility of supporting sales and marketing operations. Your role will involve assisting in campaign execution, client communication, lead generation, and maintaining marketing materials to contribute to the business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential clients. - Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and lead records accurately. - Help in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. - Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing content for client meetings and proposals. - Manage social media pages, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries. - Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations. - Conduct basic market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
