Role Description This is a full-time on-site Junior Partner role located in Guwahati at HiCube Designs. The Junior Partner will oversee the execution of design projects, collaborate with clients and team members, and contribute creative ideas to enhance spaces. They will also be responsible for project management, client communication, and ensuring design projects meet high standards. Qualifications Interior Design, Architectural Design, and Project Management skills Client Communication and Team Collaboration skills Creativity, Problem-solving, and Attention to Detail Experience in Space Planning and Furniture Selection Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
