Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations and Business Development Associate, located on-site in Guwahati. We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the day-to-day operations of our design practice and assist in identifying new business opportunities. The role involves conducting online research, maintaining internal databases, initiating outreach communication, and coordinating follow-ups. This is a dynamic position that blends backend support with front-facing communication — ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Assamese.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, search tools, and email platforms.

• Comfortable making outreach calls and following up professionally.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

• Prior experience in researchg, marketing, or client handling is a plus but not mandatory.
