As we scale rapidly, we re looking for dynamic team players who thrive in fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environments.

About the Role

We re looking for an Operations & Business Development wizard someone who loves spreadsheets, workflows, and getting things done. You ll be the bridge between creative, content, and business teams ensuring smooth execution, operational excellence, and strategic growth partnerships.

You ll thrive here if you love structure but also enjoy the chaos of a fast-growing startup. You re that person who finds joy in color-coded sheets, crisp communication, and ticking off to-do lists.

Key Responsibilities

Own and streamline workflows across content, partnerships, and revenue teams.

Manage and analyze sheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking KPIs, partner performance, and operational metrics.

Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners, creators, and brands.

Communicate effectively between creative, production, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Build scalable processes and automations for recurring operations (bonus if you know tools like Zapier, Notion, or Airtable).

Maintain dashboards, weekly reports, and project trackers with insights and recommendations.

Be the go-to person who ensures things move from contracts to campaigns to creator collaborations.

What You Bring

Exceptional command of Google Sheets/Excel formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, the works.

Excellent communication skills written and verbal; clarity is your superpower.

A bias for action you get things done efficiently and hate bottlenecks.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Prior experience (0 3 years) in operations, growth, BD, or startup roles preferred.

Curiosity for media, entertainment, and digital storytelling.
