Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee and manage our outdoor catering division. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and customer service excellence to ensure smooth execution of catering events while upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new catering business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, events, weddings, and social gatherings.

* Build strong client relationships, conduct meetings, and close catering contracts.

* Manage end-to-end catering operations, including planning, staffing, logistics, and execution.

* Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, finalize menus, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Supervise kitchen and service teams during catering events.

* Prepare and manage catering budgets, cost control, and billing.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

* Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of catering supplies.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

* Train and motivate the catering team for efficient and professional service.

* Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to acquire new catering contracts.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Catering, or related field (preferred).

* Proven experience (3–5 years) in catering management or F&B operations.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to handle large-scale events and manage high-pressure situations.

* Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
