Sales and Application Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products from our portfolio.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production to ensure effective product development and launch.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using machine tools, robotics, mechatronics, and other relevant technologies.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups to identify upsell opportunities.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in application engineering or sales engineering role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong knowledge of PRECISION GEARBOX, HARMONIC DRIVE GEARBOX, CYCLOIDAL GEARBOX, SERVO MOTORS machine tools, robotics, mechatronics, and related fields. Must have application knowledge of various industries.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
