Sales Agent

Role Overview: As a part of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients and the consultant team. You will manage active clients and relationships with decision-makers on the client side, monitor the level of services provided, and support in the implementation of IT projects. Additionally, you will support the recruitment of new consultants and onboard candidates, engage in long-term planning and relationship building with clients, acquire new clients, actively develop existing ones, and achieve set sales goals within the team while contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and the consultant team. - Manage active clients and relationships with decision-makers, monitoring service levels and supporting IT project implementations. - Support recruitment of new consultants and onboard candidates. - Engage in long-term planning and relationship building with clients. - Acquire new clients and actively develop existing ones. - Achieve set sales goals within the team and contribute to business development. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years in sales and client management. - Professional experience in outsourcing IT services for software development and maintenance projects across domains. - Understanding of the client-supplier relationship in IT consultant outsourcing and Staff Augmentation model. - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams. - High interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to build positive professional relationships. - Independence, patience, and precision in action. - Highly developed sales and negotiation skills. - Focus on the high quality of services offered. - Openness to business trips. - Understanding of cultural differences in an international role.
