Sales Advocate

As a Sales Advocate at our company, located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction: - Interacting with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and provide relevant product or service information. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business. - Assisting customers with sales transactions and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Provide guidance, support, and training to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
