Role Overview

We are looking for Sales Engineers / Sales Advisors who can effectively sell cloud telephony and VoIP solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have both technical understanding of telephony/cloud-based communication systems and strong sales acumen to identify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients for TTC’s cloud telephony and VoIP products.
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase features and business benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telephony or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain an active pipeline in CRM.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies in cloud communication.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E. (preferred in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT).
  • Alternatively, candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in cloud telephony, VoIP, SaaS, or IT solution sales may apply.
  • Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, DID, IVR, PBX, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B / enterprise sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
