JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES ADVISOR (IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT):

Sales Advisor/ Executive/ Consultant with strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsible for counselling assigned enquiries
Promoting immigration services through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate guidance on overseas options, immigration laws, and visa processes, along with fair profile evaluations and personalized career strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service
Timely responding to client queries and supporting clients until case processing begins.
Maintain proper documentation, follow professional communication etiquette, meet assigned targets, and work effectively as part of a team.
