Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Promote and Enroll: Actively promote the loyalty program and enroll customers, ensuring they understand and appreciate the benefits. Customer Engagement: Educate customers on how they can maximize their benefits from the program. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty experience. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets. Cross-Sell/Up-Sell: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to program members. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of enrollments, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Reporting: Provide regular reports on enrollment progress, customer feedback, and program performance. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure the success of the loyalty program. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience with a focus on customer loyalty or similar programs. Ability to meet targets and work in a goal-oriented environment. Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage customer relationships. Team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments.
