ob Title: Sales Advisor (Real Estate – Field Sales) Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus incentives) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Advisors to join our real estate team. Prior experience in real estate is not required – we welcome professionals from field sales backgrounds (e.g., FMCG, telecom, insurance, or similar sectors) who are passionate about growth and customer interaction. This is a field sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients in person, building relationships, and closing deals on the ground. Key Responsibilities:Visit prospective clients and showcase property options that suit their needs Generate and follow up on leads through field activities, referrals, and walk-ins Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through the property buying process Coordinate site visits and accompany clients to property locations Work closely with the internal team for scheduling, documentation, and after-sales support Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (e.g., insurance, telecom, consumer durables, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license Comfortable with on-field work and flexible working hours (including weekends) Residence near Whitefield or willingness to relocate nearby is essential Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
