Sales Administrative Assistant

As a candidate for this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and assisting in the preparation of various meetings such as sales meetings, regional meetings, and sales manager meetings in collaboration with the Events team. Your responsibilities will also include designing spreadsheets and databases for reporting purposes. You will need to effectively communicate non-routine information to callers and take the lead in developing new concepts and techniques to enhance efficiency. Handling complex assignments that may require independent judgment and initiative will also be a key aspect of your role. Your role will involve organizing and managing information in shared sales network folders, including group calendars, print and digital collateral assets, photos, and other essential data. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing written correspondence, emails, and expense reimbursement forms. Coordinating various activities, reports, and regional correspondences, creating presentations and reports using information from the web portal and Sales Operations, and monitoring regional budgets while keeping the regional and national directors informed on budget status will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for answering telephones for basic inquiries or directing calls to individuals who can provide answers.
