As a Sales Admin at Combat Fitness Cult, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with sales support, data entry, customer interactions, scheduling, customer feedback, and various administrative tasks. You will support the sales team by managing leads, appointments, and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to membership enrollment. Additionally, you will accurately input customer information into the CRM system, track sales progress, and generate reports when necessary. Handling customer phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner will be an essential part of your role. You will address inquiries related to memberships, services, and promotions, as well as manage appointments for consultations and fitness assessments for potential members. Collecting customer feedback and assisting in member retention by addressing concerns and enhancing the customer experience will be crucial for your success in this role. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing general administrative tasks to support the sales department. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM software, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
