As a Sales Admin at Cibes Lift India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Reporting**: - Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and databases. - Assist in preparing presentations and data analysis for the sales team. - **Lead Management**: - Assign incoming leads to appropriate sales representatives. - Track the progress of leads in the CRM system. - **Client Communication**: - Answer and manage the sales hotline, addressing client inquiries. - Document and escalate complaints or issues from clients for resolution. - Engage with clients on social media platforms and through the website chatbot, providing prompt responses. - **Administrative Support**: - Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. - Organize and maintain sales-related files and documents. - Support the coordination of sales meetings and events. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of a regional language being a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems, including CRM and chatbot platforms. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
