Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and develop plans to maximize sales potential.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet their requirements.
- Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance to management.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Qualifications- Education: Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales, often with a minimum of 2-6 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking software.
