Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the distributor and retailer network, and ensuring strong in-market execution for VRBs food product range. The role requires active field work, market intelligence gathering, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain a strong retail and distribution network.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

  • Implement trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives effectively.

  • Identify new markets and opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team for timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain proper sales documentation and report daily activities to the reporting manager.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduates from any field are preferred.

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or food industry preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of local geography and retail network.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
