The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s service offerings. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and promote suitable services. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking platforms when required.
