Sale Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with plastic processors and manufacturers. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the masterbatch industry, including Color, White, Black, and Additive Masterbatches, and can provide technical solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and convert new leads in sectors such as packaging, automotive, agriculture, and consumer goods.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular visits, technical support, and consistent follow-ups.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, price trends, and emerging technologies in the polymer and masterbatch sectors.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, sales forecasts, and collection status updates.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage the credit cycle for assigned accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Masterbatch, Polymer, or Chemical industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration..
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to industrial hubs and client sites.
• Soft Skills: High energy, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently.
