Sale Coordinator

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for making calls to customers and maintaining the database. You will also be involved in lead verification and handling client queries and escalations. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients will be a key aspect of your role, where you will encourage them to upgrade their packages or renewals. We are looking for a candidate who is a fresher with proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should be an Any Graduate with skills in sales and operations planning, sales, sales operations, inside sales, sales management, verification and validation, and lead management.
