Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving targets by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and payments. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular MIS reports. Communicate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure timely delivery and service. Handle client calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally. Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for sales executives. Support marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Prepare and circulate daily/weekly sales updates to management. Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a sales support/coordinator role (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualities: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with positive attitude.
