Sailpoint ISC

Role: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect

Design, implement, and optimize SailPoint solutions for our clients. The Architect will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define access policies, build and manage access profiles and roles, configure identity profiles, and develop transformations to meet complex identity governance needs. Experience working with SailPoint APIs to extend functionality is highly desirable.

Must have skills : SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Minimum 14+ years’ experience ( 4+ year(s) of experience is required on SailPoint ISC and minimum 8 years on SailPoint IIQ and other leading IGA solutions)

Educational Qualification: CS / IT Engineer

Certifications in SailPoint (e.g., SailPoint ISC Certified Professional / Engineer / Architect)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Architect and configure Access Profiles, Roles and Identity Profiles within SailPoint ISC.
• Design and implement Transforms to enhance attribute management and identity lifecycle flows.
• Integrate external systems and applications using SailPoint APIs (RESTful APIs a plus).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SailPoint configurations.
• Provide technical leadership on SailPoint best practices, security controls, and optimization opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting, solution refinement, and ongoing enhancement

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint ISC. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

Experience with

Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud security.

• Hands-on Exp with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and modern identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)

• Experience in RBAC , SOD management

• Exposure to regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud security.
• Deep understanding of SailPoint ISC features: Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Profiles, and Transforms.
• Proficiency with SailPoint APIs for integration and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• -Contribute to IGA JML process improvements and automation
• Customize identity workflows to meet business need
• sHands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Clou
• dProvide advanced troubleshooting of SailPoint ISC issues
• Track and close defects through to permanent fix -Act as L3 SME support for SailPoint ISC issues
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with target systems (AD, Azure AD, SAP, cloud SaaS apps)
• Build or modify custom connectors
• Advise on SailPoint best practices and standards
• Advise on SailPoint IIQ to ISC migration
