Position Title: SailPoint Engineer

Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer with expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM solutions to support enterprise-level security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM solutions based on business requirements.

Configure workflows, connectors, and certification campaigns within SailPoint.

Perform identity lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.

Create and maintain custom rules, beanshell scripts, and integration logic.

Develop and maintain integration with HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, and other enterprise applications.

Manage and troubleshoot identity provisioning, access requests, and compliance processes.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate identity governance solutions.

Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and technical specifications.

Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization activities.

Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance policies, and best practices.

SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM | Beanshell Scripting | Workflows & Rules Configuration | Connectors Integration | Access Certification | Provisioning & De-provisioning | LDAP, Active Directory | Java | IAM Security Frameworks | SDLC/Agile.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM implementations.

Strong knowledge of identity governance, role management, and access control.

Hands-on experience with Beanshell scripting and connector configurations.

Solid understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and enterprise authentication protocols.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
