Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
3–7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
2–5+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
(required).
Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, and SQL.
Experience integrating applications using SailPoint connectors (LDAP, AD, JDBC, SaaS, SCIM).
Understanding of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

Experience with
SailPoint IdentityNow
(IDN).
Working knowledge of Okta, Azure AD, Ping, CyberArk, or other IAM/PAM tools.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
