Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sai Point Developer with 6+ years of strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Sai Point-based applications and solutions. The candidate should have proven experience in full SDLC, strong programming skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Sai Point platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Develop customized solutions, workflows, and integrations based on business needs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards & best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Sai Point platform.
• Strong expertise in Sai Point application development, configuration, and customization.
• Good knowledge of Java / C# / .NET / REST APIs / SOAP services (as applicable to Sai Point integrations).
• Experience in working with databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to financial, telecom, or retail domain projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹336,557.88 - ₹1,501,840.78 per year
