Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Specialist Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Rate: As per market standards Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Specialist with strong hands-on skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM), workflow development, custom connector creation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience across SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow platforms with strong Java and API development capabilities. Key Responsibilities Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow Strong experience in RBAC, managed workflows, and task auditability Experience developing custom connectors for SailPoint Hands-on integration experience with systems such as Active Directory, Workday, Multiplex, Web Services, and JDBC Experience with Access Review implementation and Policy Violation handling Expertise in developing Custom Rules using Beanshell Experience with Tasks and Events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Reinstate) Ability to design and develop custom SailPoint workflows Extensive troubleshooting and issue resolution experience Strong experience designing and working with REST APIs Proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks Additional Skills (Good to Have) Knowledge of federated identity systems and directory services Understanding of role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on Familiarity with IAM standards including: SAML, OAuth, OIDC NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos MFA, RBAC, SSO, Directory Services Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund
