Job Description

The IAM SailPoint Senior Engineer with minimum 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation: Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity IQ solutions to meet the organizations Identity and Access Management (IAM) requirements.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Policy Development: Create and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and controls to ensure secure and efficient access management.

Integration: Integrate SailPoint solutions with various systems and applications to streamline identity provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Compliance and Security: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies.

User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on IAM processes and best practices.

Years of experience needed -

You should have over 5+ years of experience.

Technical Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity IQ, including its configuration, deployment, and integration capabilities.

Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, preferably with SailPoint.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and requirements to design effective IAM solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve IAM-related issues.

Certifications Needed:

Relevant certifications in IAM.

Sailpoint and Okta certification are mandatory.
