Industry: Chemical Plant Position: Safety Supervisor Education: BSC+ ADIS (Mandatory) Experience: Min 3 Yrs experience in Chemical/Pharma Industry for same profile Job Location: Navi Mumbai Preferred Candidate current Location : Only from Mumbais Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environment HIRA knowledge and guidelines Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented i.e. emergency response systems, etc ETP samples collection & submission to the lab & taking the approval for the discharge of effluent TBT of contractual workers Work permit verification & Work permit Entry & Audit of the same Follow up of ETP and Fire work ELN work. analysis of ETP/STP System. .Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001management system Maintain Records for Near Miss & Unsafe conditions & take preventive measures as required , Taking the round to the entire premises effluent TBT of contractual workers Safety Induction training of new joiners & Fill-up of GPC check sheet Action plan against findings of GPC Check sheet NDO follow up sheet updation & assigning the Query to related Department. Work permit Entry & Work permit verification, Audit of the same, Notifying the unsafe act & unsafe condition & updatation in the weekly safety report Counselling of the person working in unsafe condition / found in performing of the unsafe act Checking the VOC of the lab area & updation of meter reading in the related excel sheet.
