Record daily income and expenditure entries in Tally . Manage vendor payments and maintain proper payment records. Handle GST and TDS calculation, filing, and payment in compliance with statutory requirements. Organize and file all financial documents required for audit purposes . Prepare Profit & Loss Account and assist in preparation of other financial statements. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash and bank balances. Coordinate with and visit banks and auditors whenever required. Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders in Vyapar software . Generate and maintain Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, and E-way Bills in Vyapar. Draft and send professional emails and correspondence as per management’s instructions. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a contractual or temporary arrangement.
