This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Thane. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Daily tasks include conducting safety audits, investigating accidents, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The Safety Officer will also coordinate security measures and ensure emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills
Proficiency in Accident Investigation and Security management
Ability to conduct and facilitate effective Safety Training sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve safety issues proactively
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
