Job Description

Position: Health & Safety Officer (HSE Officer) Location: [Agartala-Tripura] Experience: Minimum [5] years Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations at the workplace. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, risk assessments, and safe work practices. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety drills to identify potential hazards. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions. Organize safety induction and training sessions for staff, workers, and subcontractors. Maintain records of safety incidents, PPE usage, permits, and compliance documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for all safety-related matters.
