Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards across various project sites in India. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Job Responsibilities: · Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures at project sites to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and workers. · Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. · Conduct regular safety training for employees and workers. · Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance with safety practices. · Act as the primary point of contact between project sites and the head office regarding safety matters. · Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate safety protocols and address any safety-related concerns. · Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation. · Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging safety trends to enhance workplace safety measures. · Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution. Eligibility: · Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field. · Minimum of 1 years of experience in industrial safety or fire safety. · In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. · Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software. · Willingness to travel to various project sites across India.
