Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conducting the tool box meeting,
Attend the monthly MOM and clients meetings,
Prepare the monthly activity plan and JSA,
Monthly and weekly equipment maintenance checklist (portable electrical equipments, cranes , vehicles ) ,
Issuing work permit systems (if it is required) ,
Conducting the Weekly Walk Through with management,
Helps to manage risk and hazardous area in workplace,
Report investigation incidents, injuries, hazards and implement the control measures,
Help to promote EHS awareness in the workplace,
Conducting a training for defensive driving to the drivers in the workplace,
Shall be accountable for the overall establishment, implementation and maintenance of the OHS management system.

Shall provide adequate resources for the effective implementation of the OHSMS. Involved in setting organizational OHS objectives, defining the policy and ensuring legal compliances, at all times.
Chair the Management Review Meetings and provide suitable decisions to align with the business perspects

Preferred candidate profile

BSc / Diploma / BE with safety related certification
