Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop, review, and update safety policies, procedures, and protocols for the organization.
Provide training on industrial safety best practices to employees at all levels.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

1-5 years of experience in construction safety or related field (NEBOSH certification preferred).
Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent qualification required; NEBOSH certification an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
Excellent communication skills with ability to train workers effectively.
