Qualification: B. Tech/BE - Civil (or) Masters in Civil

Mandatory: Any Safety Certification ( Minimum of 1 year course)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard identification, and execute Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk work (e.g., excavation, working at heights).
• Ensure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal HSE
• Develop and deliver site-specific safety training, including inductions and effective Toolbox Talks, to all personnel and sub-contractors.
• Strictly enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce stop-work authority when necessary.
• Lead and document comprehensive Incident and Near-Miss Investigations, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all safety documentation, permits, logs, and audit reports.
• Proven expertise in Risk Assessment, emergency response planning, and effective verbal/written communication.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good Knowledge in the specified role
• Preferably from Infrastructure sector
• Required minimum 1 year Safety course certification
