Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations across the
AI-driven body shop
,
robotic paint shop
, and
battery assembly line
.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments for automated and high-voltage equipment.
Implement and monitor
Permit to Work (PTW)
systems for maintenance and high-risk operations.
Lead incident investigations and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
Organize safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate safety documentation including SOPs, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and HR teams to ensure safe working conditions.
Monitor and enforce use of
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
and safety protocols.
Liaise with external agencies and ensure adherence to
local, state, and national safety norms
.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
AI-driven body shop
Robotic paint shop
Compact battery manufacturing line
Advanced automation across all production stages
Manufacturing of electric vehicles and components

Required Education:

Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.) or Diploma in Engineering, along with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS).
