This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer. The Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training, identifying and responding to occupational health hazards, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Health and Safety Management, or related field
· Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills
· Experience in Accident Investigation and Safety Training
· Security management skills
· Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
· Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Relevant certifications in health and safety are a plus
· Should have completed any safety certification(NEBOSH, IOSH,OHSAS, Industrial Safety)
· Ensure compliance with all state, and local safety regulations
· Identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them
. Experience: 4-5 years (Required)
. Solar industry preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,434.95 - ₹38,942.47 per month
