SAFETY MANAGER

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across our project sites. The candidate should have a strong understanding of safety protocols, legal requirements, and risk management practices, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety systems in industrial or construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety laws and industry standards.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Maintain documentation related to safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor use of PPE and ensure safety signage and emergency equipment are in place and functional.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field with recognized Safety Certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety roles, preferably in construction, infrastructure, fabrication, or industrial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations, risk management practices, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in safety reporting tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites when required.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
