Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement- Conduct site visits and safety audits for client facilities
- Understand client-specific risks and operational contexts- Draft customized safety plans and policies

Regulatory Advisory- Advise clients on compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, CPCB, OSHA)
- Assist in documentation for statutory submissions and certifications

Training & Capacity Building- Design and deliver safety training modules for client teams
- Conduct awareness sessions on HIRA, ERP, PPE usage, and emergency response

Audit & Inspection Services- Perform third-party safety audits and inspections
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations

Incident Investigation Support- Assist clients in investigating workplace incidents
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
