Generate SAP work orders and process work order amendments efficiently. Handle vendor onboarding, management, and relationship building to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery. Administer contracts including drafting, negotiation, monitoring compliance, and managing renewals or amendments. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project schedules and budget constraints. Monitor procurement timelines, follow up on vendor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all procurement and contract activities in line with company and regulatory standards. Conduct vendor performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions or improvements. Liaise with finance for timely invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
