Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure that all signage projects are executed in compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a secure work environment by implementing safety standards and conducting regular audits across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with project managers to implement corrective measures
• Maintain safety documentation and records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction or industrial safety roles
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant field
• Knowledge of local safety laws and construction site protocols
• Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, or other relevant training (preferred)
• Strong communication and observation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
