Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop preventive measures to prevent recurrence. Inspection of scaffolds and ensure safety before commencing the work Preventive maintenance of all equipment Promote safe practice at site via dialogue/ orientation program/ visual arts and audit findings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience in the crane industry.
