Numbertree is hiring for Safety Engineer ( Metro Projects) Profile for Surat/ Kochi Location . Please find below the job description:-

Experience: 06- 10 Years

Notice period - Immediate joiner/ 10 Days Only

Location : Surat And Kochi

Qualification : B.Tech /B.E Civil

Exposure in Metro Project only

Good Communication Skill (Reading, writing & Spoken)

Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas: -

• Generating accident/Incident report, Toolbox talk report & analyzing them for effective planning to achieve better safety standards.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential workplace hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulation
• Safety Observation and reporting in DSO (Daily Safety Observation) and taking follow up on compliance.
• Verifying to conform that all lifting equipment operators are trained, competent and certified.
• Effective implementation of safety procedure at site.
• Monitoring all the job activity at the site to ensure safety compliance.
• Documented and implemented corrective action for preventing injuries to workers.
• Facilitate screening of workers and conduct HSE induction.
• Conduct Fire Drill, Procure, inspect and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers.
• Preparation of safety reports daily, weekly & monthly.
• Monthly Inspection program of site equipment and Firefighting equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Prepare & submit daily safety reports/ inspection reports.
• Increase and apply the awareness on health and safety levels within the organization.
• Installation of safety signs, traffic control signs and other safety promotion posters to remind workers to work safely and enhance safety awareness among them.
• Assisting the HSE manager to implement the basic site safety rules at project site.
• To collect and maintain date and information regarding frequency and severity of accident.
• Weekly SHE meeting at the site, employee participating and safety training for contractor.
• Planned and coordinated safety related training program.
• Conducted workplace inspections and maintenance on safety equipment.
• Determined the cause of accidents and implemented measures to prevent them.
