Job Description

Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees and contractors. Maintain accurate safety documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, and training records. Collaborate with site management and departments to promote a safety culture. Assist in developing and updating emergency response plans. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear. Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections or audits Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
