Job Description

🚧 Hiring: Safety Engineer 🚧

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

🕒 Full-Time | On-Site

🏗️ Experience: 1 Year minimum in civil construction field

Safety Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential site hazards.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations.
Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and protocols.
Organize safety training sessions and awareness programs for site staff.
Perform regular site safety inspections and audits.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
Investigate any on-site accidents or incidents and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure safety standards are met during operations.
Foster and promote a safety-first culture across all project teams.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Certification in occupational health and safety (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site safety.
Strong knowledge of safety laws, codes, and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
