Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to identify Unsafe Acts (UA) and Unsafe Conditions (UC).

Cross-verify Work Permit Systems and ensure permits are followed properly.

Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBT) along with front-line engineers.

Provide HSE Induction training to all new joiners.

Carry out periodic inspections of lifting tools, tackles, and electrical installations.

Deliver on-site safety trainings, e.g., working at height, power tools handling, etc.

Conduct special training sessions on firefighting equipment.

Inspect temporary structures and ensure compliance.

Maintain MIS records and safety documentation.

Coordinate for internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Prepare monthly activity planner for HSE initiatives.

Develop HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for on-ground activities.

Conduct trainings on Near Miss, MSP, Audit & SOP compliance.

Participate in incident/accident investigation and ensure preventive actions.

Conduct motivation & awareness programs for site employees to promote safe practices.

Ensure customer/Client HSE requirements & recommendations are strictly followed.

Conduct Monthly Joint Project Inspection and discuss corrective actions with concerned teams.

Maintain all mandatory OHSE documents, statistics, NC log register & audit findings.

Analyze First Aid cases monthly and implement control measures.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HSE rules, standards & statutory requirements

Experience in Work Permit System, HIRA, Incident Investigation

Good communication & training delivery skills

Proficiency in reporting, documentation & safety audits
