Field Engineer is responsible for all supervising of site activity and preparing plans with daily activity, conduct site surveys of new sites. The Filed Engineer is responsible for the timely reporting and replacement of damaged PPEs, preparing consolidated material requests, sharing mandatory site photos of different sages, ensuring safety compliances etc. Role and Responsibilities Conduct Site Survey for Newly allocated sites. Prepare a layout of plot marked with boundaries, setback to the civil structures. Prepare site plan with daily activity and manpower requirement. Prepare a consolidated material request. Share mandatory site photos of different stages during the work. Pre-plan arrange the materials, tools, other equipments to avoid unwanted delay and idle time. Record duty time over time of labours. Take pre-approval record over time / night work at site. Ensure all safety requirements are followed for every work. Educate labours about importance of safety precautions and mandates at site regularly. Do support make arrangement for safety audit by safety spoke, in different stages of work. Report and replace the damaged PPEs on time. Identify suppliers and service providers during site survey and negotiate with them for reasonable price in order to control expense at site and increase profitability. Arrange necessary accommodation facility for site team as per company standard policy. Plan and arrange all the items for a work in a single purchase to avoid multiple transportation. Minimize the usage of rented tools. Identification of additional works at site and plan submission to the reporting person. Co-ordinate with clients and maintain relationship. Ensure all audit documents are collected after completion of client audit at different stages of work. Qualifications and Education Requirements Diploma/ITI with min. 3 Year Experience. Basic Knowledge of Telecom Experience in Telecom site supervising Preferred Skills Willingness to Travel across the state. Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Diligent with great attention to detail. Basic Knowledge in MS Office.
