1. Ensure EHS compliance with respect to all relevant statutory requirement and other requirements.
2. Promote safety culture through participation by organizing safety awareness trainings, safety week celebration, arranging mock drills and conducting various safety awareness competitions.
3. Conduct environment, health and safety audits both internal and external.
4. Investigate the incident, prepare the incident investigation report and follow up for corrective action to avoid reoccurrence.
5. To conduct periodic safety committee meetings at site level, block level and contractor level. Ensure the implementation of recommendations.
6. To ensure process safety management implementation at site.
7. To perform the risk assessment study for new process and modifications and prepare the report and send to concerned department for compliance.
8. Ensure upkeepment of all firefighting system and equipment.
9. Ensure compliance of permit to work system through regular inspection.
10. Prepare and implement Onsite emergency plan.
11. Prepare, update and document Standard operating procedure related to EHS department.
12. To prepare daily and monthly reports of EHS performance and other statistics.
13. Daily monitoring of ETP for smooth operation.
14. To perform all the Liaising work with the PCB and other regulatory bodies.
15. To ensure system implementation as per ISO standard (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2015 Occupational Health and Safety).
Complete the any other task assigned from time to time depending upon the requirement of management
