Responsibilities Ensuring the implementation of Envision EHS guidelines at various phase of Projects Execution. Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS Systems Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health, Safety and Environment at work. Handling customer due diligence related to EHS at Envision Conducts safety audits both internal and external. Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors. Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling EHS related issues based on own knowledge Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel on Envision EHS practices Taking care of Projects EHS documentation and sharing same within time with all the stakeholders (e.g. sales, projects, customers, subcontractors etc) EHS reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency Requirements Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical. Having experience in handling infrastructure projects / wind projects / solar projects
