Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to lead outreach and partnerships with higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with colleges and universities, and a deep understanding of institutional sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational groups for strategic partnerships.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with TPOs, placement heads, deans, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct impactful demos, presentations, and meetings (both online and offline).
  • Negotiate MoUs and ensure seamless onboarding and account servicing.
  • Own end-to-end sales pipeline: lead generation, pitch, conversion, and post-sale engagement.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
